1. Will the plating / Shine of the ring go?

All of our products have a high grade rhodium plating done on them which lasts for two years under ideal conditions. Visit our Jewellery care page for more information on how you can care for your Katha Jewellery.

2. What metal/stones are used in the Jewellery?

Everything that Katha creates is handcrafted from hypoallergenic 925 silver jewelry and AAA graded zircons.

1. What is the size of the ring?

The size for every ring is mentioned in the description of the product. All our sizes are measured according to Indian Standards. For more details on ring measurement you can visit our ring sizing chart

2. Could you please add a note while delivering the parcel? I forgot while ordering

We understand that you may have forgotten to add a note at the time of placing the order. Please reach out to our support team on 7574810600 and we will do our best to help.

3. Can you please check if my order is confirmed or not?

All prepaid orders are confirmed by default and for all COD orders, we will reach out to you for confirmation via email and once you have confirmed, we will ship out the order.

Delivery Questions

1. What is the estimated delivery date of my order?

We work with leading logistics partners in India to ensure that your order is delivered on time. Once your order is confirmed, it takes us 2-8 business days to dispatch it depending on whether it is in stock or not. The product is delivered within 3-6 working days post dispatch.
We will also send you the tracking details of your order on your registered email id.

2. My product is not delivered yet. How can I contact the delivery partner?

We sincerely apologize in case your order is delayed, please reach out to us through Whatsapp on +91 75748 10600 with your registered phone/email. Send us your order number and we will escalate the issue with our delivery partner.

4. I would like to cancel my order.

We're sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your order. To make this process as smooth as possible, please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp. We will assist you with the cancellation, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Additionally, if you could let us know the reason for your cancellation, it would help us understand how we can improve our services in the future. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to hearing from you.

5. I need to change the delivery address. How can I do that?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update your delivery address. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we'll make the necessary changes for you. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to change the address.

6. Can you call me on my number while delivering?

We collaborate with top delivery partners, and most of them typically call before delivering your order. However, please be aware that this is not something we can guarantee, as third-party delivery agents are involved in the process.

7. Can I pay online when the parcel arrives?

Many of our shipping partners can collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments through GPay or PhonePe, so you can ask the delivery person to accept payment via UPI. However, please note that we cannot guarantee this, as third-party agencies are involved in the process.

8. My order was cancelled but I never called. I want to purchase the product.

We're sorry to hear that your order was cancelled unintentionally. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with missing critical information, we reach out to customers to confirm or update their details so we can proceed with shipping. If we don't receive a response within 7 days, we may need to cancel the order. If you'd still like to receive your order, please let us know, and we'll be glad to send it out again for you.

9. The coupon code I have is not working.

We apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with your coupon code. Please remember that coupon codes are case-sensitive, so ensure there are no typos when entering the code.
